From sheet metal to concept development

Over the years many leading retail chains in Sweden and abroad have bought our ceiling. We have learnt what needs and demands our customers have when creating a victorious shop. The demands on light, sound, communication and retail atmosphere are constantly increasing. Tego System Ceilings carries all basic functions, rationalizing retail work and creating a selling store.

Family business

Tego is a family business founded through the management buy-out of the system ceiling and electrical heating areas by Lars Albertsson 1989. It was previously owned by Thorn Lighting (formerly known as Järnkonst). During the first 20 years the turnover has tripled, economy has been consolidated, substantial investments have been made in product development and production equipment and a sale firm has been established in Norway. But most importantly, we have increased our knowledge on retail and what makes a selling store.

In house product development

We develop system ceiling solutions and products. The development focuses on functions installable in a system ceiling. We develop and projects in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.

In house production facility

The world we live in has short lead times and more importantly a wish to be able to make late adjustments, due to customer requests or a deviation discovered at the mounting site. This requires a flexible production facility, where we can prioritize. The annual volume on our own products gives us the opportunity to use rational methods in a cost effective way.

We develop concepts and projects

We have learnt to understand our customers' needs and demands for a cost effective solution. We create concepts which both simplify retail work and create a selling store.

We are a complete supplier and follow our customers abroad

We take care of the entire process from concept development until the project is mounted and completed. We do ceilings, lighting, lighting control, cable mounting, signage, audio systems, acoustics, suspension accessories and other accessories. It is a complete solution for communicating with and attracting the customer.
