Long-term partner – first purchase of Zero

Tego has collaborated with SSAB for many years.
Now we are taking an important step forward: we are using SSAB Zero™ in our own production – our first direct purchase from SSAB.

What makes SSAB Zero™ unique?

• Made from recycled steel

• Produced using fossil-free electricity and biogas

• Almost zero fossil CO₂ emissions (Scope 1 & 2 < 0.05 kg CO₂e/kg steel)

• No emission credits or mass balance – real emission reductions, verified by SSAB

This step strengthens both the quality and sustainability of our products.
Our lighting and suspended ceiling systems are not only designed with precision for performance – they are also responsibly produced using Swedish steel in Tego’s production, which is already completely emission-free and powered 100% by fossil-free electricity.
